Executives, Compensation and Benefits (XC) operate within Corporate HR. XC is responsible of global management, support and coordination within the areas of Corporate Pensions, Group Life Insurances and Executive Benefits, Executive Remuneration, Management Planning and Global Mobility.
Job description
In order to further improve our support and delivery capacity we need a person who can strengthen the existing team. The responsibility will be to take on the administrative/communicative role within the areas of pension, group life insurances, alternative pensions, executive planning and compensation. Initially the major tasks will be related to the Swedish labour market but will involve the international arena as well. Main areas listed below;
• Communication, information and training delivered to company internal HR-departments, employees and external suppliers
• Pension/insurances within the ITP and SAF-LO collective barging agreement
• Scania group life insurances
• Alternative ITP
• Early retirement program
• Administration of contract, salary review and incentive for executives
• Development projects of our processes
Job requirements
We are looking for a person with a high level of integrity and accuracy, who is a self-motivated administrator/communicator, who takes initiatives and is service and problem oriented. You enjoy administrative work and put an honour in delivering high quality on time within the given framework of both governance and compliance. MS Office is well known and especially high skills in Excel. In your profession you have acquired knowledge and experience within the area of pension and life insurances. You preferably have a university degree in relevant discipline and an IFU diploma is a merit. Fluency in Swedish and English is a necessity.
