Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
As our administrator, you're in charge of incoming and outgoing invoices, making payments, managing payroll together with our accountant bureau, and purchasing items for delivery projects. You will also assist with travel bookings and office management and help our international team get by their work duties as smoothly as possible. You will help our management with financial planning and for the ambitious administrator there is growth potential to move towards taking more responsibility for financial aspects of our operations. You will also help our management with HR administration (in an assistant function) and if you see yourself grow in the area of HR there is long term opportunity for that as well.

You command authority in a natural and nice way and don't need formal power to get people's attention. Your attention to detail and positive mindset will make people listen and follow you naturally. You follow predictable routines for communication and action. You recognize that by being predictable, people will trust you more. You are prestigeless and good at getting things done. You like directing your energy and positive attitude towards helping others succeed. You have an intermediate level of understanding of economy and are not afraid to help draw up spreadsheets for cash flow forecasts or budgets. You have some experience in procurement and purchasing of technical equipment. Attitude and capability is more important than experience, so don't hesitate to apply for this position even if your experience is missing on one or more of these points.
