Alexion is now looking for an administrative assistant, part-time, approximately 5 hours a day. Do you have Strong interpersonal skills and are a reliable and accountable teamplayer? Then this is the assignment for you! The assignment is about to start as soon as possible and will be on a continual basis.

Your arena
The administrative assistant NB will ensure effective administration procedures for the NB region. He/she will be an administrative support for the Stockholmoffice and provide support to other NB managers.

The role:
Provide NB leadership team with administration support as requiredPrepare correspondence and documentationWork on ad hoc administrative projects as requiredSupport and coordinate meetings (e.g. booking rooms, flights and airport transfer etc.)Create new vendors forms and create requests for purchase ordersCoordinate incoming/outgoing correspondence, including mail collection and distributionCoordinate office supplies (including ordering and maintaining stationery levels)Coordinate the filing and storage of hard copy and soft copy records; updating them as required to maintain their accuracyWork on ad hoc projects as required

Minimum Qualifications and personal characteristic
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar function within an international, multi-cultural environment
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluency in English both written and spoken is mandatory
• Relevant qualifications or demonstrated experience in delivering office and administrative assistance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and natural empathy
• Reliable, accountable, resilient, high sense of ethics
• Team player
