Sencept develops intelligent radar sensors for autonomous systems. The radar design is based on novel hardware and AI based software architecture that enables high resolution radar imaging in dense environments. Sencept's goal is to enable autonomous systems perceive the environment in three dimensions and in harsh lighting and weather conditions.

Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide full administration and organisational support to the team in order to esnure the smooth-running of our operations. This role will suit an individual who enjoys being part of a busy collaborative team and working in an environment of changing priorities. The post-holder will be required to be able to work effectively independently as well as in a team.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in industrial management and understand the concepts of technology for industrial application.
We are recruiting for a permanent position (100%), and the intended start date is open for discussion with the suitable candidate.
Responsibilites
• Handle communication system and incoming reqeusts.
• Arrange and proactively participate in customer meetings.
• Coordinate and maintain a variety of logs and project files.
• Monitor and maintain managmeent and financial tools and metrics.
• Gather and analyse data.
• Schedule appointments and arrange meetings and conferences.
• Draft agendas, meeting minutes, reports, protocols, correspondence, and other relevant documents.
• Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions.
• Collaborate with audit firm and other third parties.
• Perform quality checks on documents such as reports and calcucations to ensure completeness.
Qualifications
• BSc or MSc in Industrial engineering, Industrial management, or Business Administration.
• Project Management Certificate is advantageous.
Requirements
• 1 - 3 years of experience in project management within relevant industries, such as mining, construcition, robotics.
• Previous experience working within an administrative role.
• Familiar with ISO standards on enviroment, quality and auditing mangement systems.
• Proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
· Proficient in the English language: You will deal with international clients and thus needs to have excelent verbal and written skills.

• Strong organisational skills that demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under strict deadline pressure abd handle multiple work assignments.
• Ability to learn quickly, demonstrates critical thinking and makes situation-appropriate decisions using sound judgement.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
