We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director Sweden and Outdoor concept within Internetstores, including the brands Addnature, Campz and Bikester. What you will do
Your main task will be to collaborate with and support the Managing Director (MD). You will actively work on the further development of the outdoor vertical strategy, which includes to coordinate, manage and implement company-wide projects and initiatives. You will also assist in tasks such as booking meetings, organizing travels, keeping track of MD 's agenda and preparing documents and presentations for the management board on behalf of the MD. In addition, you will have a shared responsibility for analysis of the market and the competitive situation (providing market data) and monitoring of trends and competitors as well as running your own projects linked to the performance of our Stockholm team.
About you
To thrive in this role, we believe you are a skilled, confident and proactive person with previous experience from a similar position, preferably in an international, dynamic and agile environment. To you, the phrases proactive, business- and "service minded" are not just words, it's who you are - independent, flexible and ahead with a great capacity to organize, prioritize, and complete numerous tasks by requested deadlines. Having been part of an international organization before, preferably working with Germany, you have excellent interpersonal and communicative skills, both in English and Swedish. You are committed and confident when dealing with stakeholders at all levels Your computer proficiency includes Microsoft Office 365.
