About the Assignment
We are looking for an ADAS Function & Use Case Engineer with a strong customer and product mindset to help shape and evolve advanced driver assistance features for the EU market. You will work close to cross-functional stakeholders to ensure ADAS functionality meets user expectations and regulatory realities, supported by real-world testing, structured requirements, and continuous improvement.
The role includes travel and offers an opportunity to influence product direction through customer insights, market intelligence, and validation outcomes.
Job DescriptionIdentify feature gaps and performance limitations through real-world vehicle testing, and translate findings into requirements, KPIs, and improvement actions
Define customer-relevant ADAS use cases and structure real-world driving scenarios with focus on EU regulations, infrastructure, and driving behavior
Plan and conduct customer interviews and field studies; convert insights into actionable feature input
Perform market research and competitive benchmarking to support differentiation and feature improvements
Collaborate with Quality Assurance on test scope, methods, acceptance criteria, and evaluation of validation results
Act as an interface between stakeholders by clarifying requirements, managing handovers, and aligning feature intent and priorities
Monitor ADAS technology trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices to inform roadmap decisions
Consolidate customer feedback, interview insights, and usage data into structured product recommendations
Support cross-functional roadmap planning with engineering, design, and marketing based on customer value, feature maturity, and validation status
RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
Strong understanding of ADAS technologies and the competitive landscape
Experience in feature development and requirements management
Experience with vehicle testing, data analysis, and KPI definition for feature performance evaluation
At least 3 years of product management experience, preferably within automotive or technology
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, QA, product, and customer-facing teams
Familiarity with EU automotive regulations and regional driving scenarios
Have lived in the EU for the last 10 years
Valid EU driving license (category B)
Nice to haveExperience with Canalyzer
Experience with Canoe
Experience with SystemWeaver
Experience with DSA
Knowledge of NCAP and/or homologation
