Working as an Account Manager at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care is about being and working proactively. With motivating sales targets you will be working towards building relationships and partnerships between Johnson & Johnson Vision Care and the owners of optical stores, opticians and store staff.
Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the development and growth of your regions sales. You will also be accountable for the implementation of our sales strategy, planning, follow up on customer and sales activities and the development of customers and the business in your region. Communication skills are vital and required to be able to communicate Johnson & Johnson Vision Cares vision and values to the customers. Internal reporting and co-operation with management and fellow peers within the Nordic organization is part of your regular working responsibilities. You will report to the Sales Manager of Sweden.
What do we want:
You should have
Preferred academic degree in business or similar
3 years experience within B2B sales
Listening and questioning skills
Ambition and ability to be self-driven
Good team player skills
Experience in working independently
Fluent in English
Ability to travel (approx.80 nights away from home annually)
Knowledge and experience of working in Excel
