The position is placed within the Operations team Sweden which contains Dealer services, Customer services, Activation, Wholesale financing and Collections. The group?s is a strong partner in the daily operations to the Mercedes-Benz dealers in Sweden.
The team has ambitious goals to give customers and dealers high quality services. As a member of the Operations team you will be an integral part of giving support to our partners and thereby an important part of securing high customer and dealer satisfaction. Your primary tasks will be:
• Control new contracts with regards to e.g. invoices and contractual data
• Activation of contracts in our ERP system
• Bookkeeping tasks
• Follow up on contracts that have to be amended by either the supplier or the customer
• Payments to suppliers
• Involvement in strategic projects
As a person you actively contribute to creating a good working environment and teamspirit. You have to be structured and organized since you will handle large amounts of contracts and documents without loosing focus on details. You are solution oriented and have a positive attitude towards work. You are open for new tasks and ensure that everything you start up is followed through. Offering good service with high quality comes naturally to you and you enjoy contact to other people.
You have some years of experience from previous administration work. If you have experience from the finance, banking, car or insurance industry it is a plus. Economic education from minimum gymnasium level is required, higher economic education is preferred.
This is a full time position with start as soon as possible. You will work in Malmö, Dockan, at our Swedish/Danish headquarters.
