Key responsibilities
Manage and ensure the accuracy of financial records and reporting in compliance with US accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries in adherence to US GAAP guidelines.
Support SOX compliance by maintaining proper documentation, testing internal controls, and ensuring data integrity to mitigate risks of fraud and errors.
Collaborate closely with auditors, the client's legal team, and management to ensure alignment with accounting principles and regulatory obligations.
Your experience
Solid experience in accounting, with in-depth knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance.
Demonstrated ability to manage financial records, prepare reconciliations, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Strong understanding of internal control processes, including documentation and testing as mandated by SOX.
Excellent collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work closely with auditors, legal teams, and management.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving challenges in financial processes.
Fluent in english
