Are you looking for a new challenge within accounting and administration? Are you a vision- and value driven team player? We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to our Group Shared Service team at Lindex head office in Gothenburg/Partille, today consisting of nine team members.

Job Description
Lindex Finance Department is handling the accounting processes for Lindex Group. You will be part of the Group Shared Service team. As an Accounting Assistant you will be responsible for the administration process, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, store accounting, stocktaking/inventory adjustments and/or e-commerce customer credit handling for one or more of Lindex entities. You will also continuously improve working methods within the role and participate in internal projects.
We are now looking for you who wants to work with e-commerce customer credits handling. In this role you will credit all our e-commerce customers from Sweden, Norway, Finland, Baltics, UK and EU. You will handled the credits in our e-commerce system and calculate the refunds. You will work in different banking systems and have daily contact with our customers and Customer Service.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Higher studies of business and finance or minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
Basic knowledge of accounting principals
Good knowledge in Swedish and English, both speaking and writing
Computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and integration
Meritorious: experience from retail industry, experience from companies in international business
To succeed in this role, you have passion for accounting, administration and customer service. You have the ability to structure work after workloads, goals and deadlines. You are accurate, efficient and committed to what you do. You also have the ability to see the big picture and based on that you prioritize and act with flexibility and integrity.
This is a temporary position, for approximately 6 months, starting in September.
