hela Sverige Experis Finance is looking for an accountant to Skanska Infrastructure Development. This assignment is for 6 months with
start as soon as possible.
Skanska Infrastructure Development (ID) is looking to strengthen the accounting function during an intense period including go live in Oracle Fusion. The accounting team consists of four people working close together with the accounting and reporting of Skanska ID. We undertake the accounting for all the Swedish companies but we also consolidate and report the entire Skanska ID group.
Job description
Skanska ID is an international business unit within Skanska with entities in Sweden, the UK and the US. The accounting team is in an exciting phase as we are currently implementing a new financial system where you will play a key role. Besides being highly involved in developing and implementing our financial systems including Oracle Fusion and Hyperion Planning you will also work with general financial reporting and accounting.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Be an active part of the implementation of Oracle Fusion
* Conduct and participate in meetings with different stakeholders to make sure the implementation goes according to plan
* Be the super-user and give support to the organization in the new system after go live
* Compile annual reports for our nine companies
* Compile tax filings
* Compile the monthly reports for Skanska ID AB
* Consolidate the monthly reports for ID Group
* Manage the accounting of our time reporting
* Support our Project Development Nordics entity during the quarterly forecasts
* Be responsible for parts of the accounting of ID AB, for example accruals
* Be involved in the ID group consolidation and reporting of ID group in HFM
* Prepare documentation and have dialogue with the auditors
You will have an extensive network and close contact with accounting teams in UK and the US, as well as the project development team in the Nordics.
Qualifications
You have a bachelor's degree in accounting or other academic qualifications. You should also have at least three years of work experience from accounting and a genuine interest and experience in working with financial systems. You must be able to communicate and write reports in both Swedish and English so fluency in these languages is mandatory.
