Itinera is one of the main global players in the construction of large infrastructural projects, and civil and industrial buildings and operates in approximately 15 countries. We are currently expanding our activities in Sweden by starting up two new projects building the new Stockholm metro.
Are you an accountant assistant and ready for a new challenge? Have you previously worked with customers and/or in an international environment? We are looking for a person with structure, accuracy, and an eye for details and ready for an exciting new challenge. You are independent and focused with a strong sense of responsibility for your tasks and you enjoy variations. You have good communication skills and are a team player who contributes with a positive attitude.
The duties include:
• Posting of suppliers' invoices / accruals in SAP.
• Check the accuracy of invoices based on purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Preparation of suppliers' payment according to the payment terms.
• Preparation of Bank reconciliations.
• Reconciliation of suppliers' statements of accounts.
• Assist in the month end / year end closing activities.
• Preparation of monthly VAT returns.
• Assist in Internal / External audit.
• Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc reports.
Requirements
• High School diploma
• Have knowledge of the accounting rules / IFRS.
• Experience of accoutring.
• Good knowledge and understanding of VAT.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Swedish accounting.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
