We are currently looking for an Accountant Assistant to cover a maternity leave in the Finance Department within the international company Interoute. The start-date is as soon as possible for one year with potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

Joining the local Finance team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work towards the organization?s Nordic business unit and its international counterparts. The main responsibilities entitled to this position include:

• Bookkeeping
• General Ledger Accounting
• Monthly Reconciliations & Closings
• KPI & Ad Hoc Accounting & Controlling tasks
• Cross functional collaboration, providing accounting information to other departments within Interoute.

Searched profile:

In order to be successful in this position, candidates are expected to have the following experience and knowledge:

• At least one year experience in a Finance / Accounting based role (preferably from a multinational organization)
• Solid command of Accounting practices, including Month-End Closing duties, and General Ledger Accounting experience
• Mid level of Excel is a must
• Fluency in English, Swedish is an advantage

As a person you are proactive and goal oriented. You enjoy working in an international environment with fast-tempo. The team work mindset for Interoute is crucial, having a driven and service-minded approach as well as being flexible is therefore key. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
