hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Chartis Europe SA i Stockholm The Nordic Hub Finance located in Copenhagen is looking for an Account Receivable Handler to join the hub team. The person will be based in our office in Stockholm but will work close with the four Nordic countries including Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland. The position will require the possibility to travel to regional locations and Nordic hub countries. The position is, to start with, on a temporary contract for 12 month.
Key responsibilities
Manage all credit control, allocation of funds and reconciliation functions on allocated broker accounts. Work out successful resolutions with accounting team, profit centres, Brokers and Clients. Continuously work on improvement of processes to achieve better collection results and performance measurements of all broker accounts.
General Roles & Responsibilities
• Account management processes and procedures to be actioned on a timely basis within guidelines
• Review account entries on daily basis and forward/escalate issues to appropriate area for resolution and support contacts within both profit centre's and brokers.
• Co-ordinate the day to day resolution of accounts queries / issues as advised
• Assume ownership of all entries through to final resolution
• Aim to resolve account issues on a timely basis prior to item becoming overdue
• Liaise with broker/clients for non-paid items and resolve any issues
• Ensure credit guidelines are followed and escalate issues when necessary
• Ensure full accountability for the successful resolution of assigned queries further to escalation to Senior Management for resolution advice
• Undertake ad hoc requirements where necessary
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced understanding of reconciliation guidelines, financial accounting
Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Advanced knowledge of Excel including Pivots,
Able to apply strong analytical skills and thought processes
Attention to detail and quality assurance
Liaise to deal effectively with people at all levels
Willingness to travel when necessary
Desirables:
Understanding of Insurance principles
