Philips activities are organized in three different sectors: Healthcare, Lighting and Consumer Lifestyle. Each sector is responsible for the management of its businesses both on a Nordic and global level. Within Consumer lifestyle we are now building a new structure where our TV business will be a separate legal entity (TP Vision). In Nordic this team consists of approx 45 people where 30 employees are based in Sweden. To develop and enrich the business in Sweden we are looking for a commercial:
Account Manager TV
As Account Manager you will work closely with the local sales and marketing team, you will be part and fully focus on TV in our new TV team. You will report to the Swedish sales manager for TV.
Key Areas of responsibilities:
• Execution (Shop visits) of promotions, secondary placing, demonstrations and signage based on account plans and marketing plans. Really secure the implementation together with Marketing Manager at the customer and in the shop.
• Development of the sales potential of our strong brand together with our key customers.
• Make an actionable business development plan and execute the plan.
• Maintaining Key Account Plans and monitor progress versus targets, take corrective action where needed.
• Understand customer supply chain, decision making unit and opportunities to identify solutions that bring customers competitive advantages.
• Launch of news and optimization of range.
• Define and execute marketing initiatives for Sweden with your accounts in coordination with marketing manager Nordic.
• Generate leads for consumer accounts and turn them into profitable sales accounts.
• Coordinate local sales support to your accounts where needed
Qualifications:
• High drive and motivation to offer the best solution to our customers and consumers.
• Strong sales background with proven track record from the retail market (FMCG/B2C).
• English and Swedish, fluently both verbal and written.
Skills and Personal Characteristics:
• Customer mindset to be able to adjust and understand the customers needs.
• Analytical approach of consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategically to understand the cause and effect if the business but also operational for a hands on approach.
