Achilles in Sweden has experienced a considerable growth within the utility and transport sector during the last couple of years, and there are high expectations for further growth. The potential is within the utility and transport sector as well as developing our business to other areas.
In order to support the team in Sweden and develop our business we are now looking for an account manager who can ensure new business in our existing sectors as well as support new business in other sectors.

Publiceringsdatum2012-12-14Dina arbetsuppgifterOne of your key responsibilities as an account manager is to develop and sustain long-term account relationships that will facilitate and support the ongoing development and growth. You will sell Achilles services to potential new accounts that will join the existing scheme communities through an understanding of their business needs.
Further, you will ensure customer reference ability and the highest level of customer satisfaction across all nominated customer accounts. Another key responsibility is to identify new opportunities and work with the team to realise these. As an account manager you will work within a framework of corporate standards and policies.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
To be a successful candidate in this role you have a significant experience in similar roles in customer-facing environments. We believe you have a higher form of education. Experience from the transport, utility or construction industry is highly valuated. You have a consultative approach to sales and relationship management. Preferable, you have experience of account management in a professional services company as well as procurement and supply-chain knowledge. Your English and Swedish is excellent, written as well as spoken.
As a person you are highly self-motivated, exhibiting an outgoing with a confident and mature style. You have an ability to adapt and establish credibility with existing customers and other employees quickly and effectively. You are a creative, lateral thinker, able to constructively build on the existing sales model. Further, you are an individual with the propensity to challenge existing levels of delivery, and who will work constantly to exceed expectations.
Your communication, interpersonal and influencing skills are excellent. You are adaptable and results oriented - able to be effective in a smaller company and demonstrate progress through tangible results. To succeed in the role you value honesty and integrity and have a strong solution oriented profile. You are well-organised with an effective use of time management and an ability to prioritise effectively and be flexible where necessary. At least but not last, you are professional at all times, with the highest work ethic and standards.
