We require versatile talents and are now recruiting an Account Manager for Sweden and Finland, based in Stockholm.
The Content Distribution and Sales department in Nordic is responsible for optimizing the revenues and households for Viacom's content and channels in the Nordic region.
The Account Manager will be responsible for sales targeting smaller operators and for affiliate marketing for our local channels/brands (MTV, Vh1, Comedy Central, Paramount Channel and Nickelodeon). The Account Manager is the first point of contact for a broad contact base of operators, smaller networks and other partners.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships, and manage the whole negotiation process with smaller TV operators and sales agents in order to maximize households and revenue for VIMN channels
• Budgeting and fiscal year targets providing monthly and quarterly updates and forecasts
• Support operators, antenna networks and agents with relevant marketing and sales material
• Create and execute presentations for Swedish & Finnish operators, agents sales staff and customer service teams
• Planning of B2B marketing activities with Swedish & Finnish operators, coordination and execution of campaigns
• Asset management: provide pictures, promos, social video etc. for operators in all of Nordic
• Budget administration of marketing activities
• Coordinate and provide merchandise, sales materials, flyers, etc.
You will be based in our office in the center of Stockholm, and this role will also include travels within Sweden and Finland.
Requirements:
• Relevant education and marketing/sales experience of at least 1 year
• Excellent ability to build long term relationships and be a person that enjoys working with a broad contact base
• Experience from both sales and marketing
• Ability to meet long as well as short deadlines
• Structured and with a doer mentality
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Both English and Swedish)
• Commercial experience and/or qualifications. Media background desirable
• Excel, Power Point, Outlook proficiency
• Must be responsible, self-driven and able to work independently
