of the company we are looking for Full Time Account Coordinators Hotels
Scandinavia to work in our new office in Stockholm. As an Account
Coordinator you will be responsible for hotel websites, training and coaching
hotels in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark as well as overseeing commission
payments. Furthermore, you will offer administrative support to the Hotel
Account Managers. This role is full time and based in our new office in
Stockholm. Responsibilities: . First point of contact for
hotels, answering questions and queries; . Coordination and production of
new hotel websites; . Obtaining correct hotel information and pictures of
newly registered hotels; . Training new hotels to use our extranet, rates &
availability system; . Entering rates, availability, promotions on to the
system for hotels; . Checking hotel websites and amending rates,
availability, specials, promotions; . Liaising with managers with regards to
registered hotels; . Assisting with the acquisition of possible new hotels;
preparation of correspondence . Following up correspondence, imparting
information to hotels by telephone; . Following up of IT/administrative
related tasks; . Periodically checking hotel satisfaction; . Answering
correspondence from hotels; . Monitoring competition in the assigned
territory; . Maintaining good contacts with hotels in order to secure up to
date information; . Assisting with the settlement of complaints from hotels
and customers; . Handling guest reviews that require action; . Checking
statistics . Assisting Area Manager and Account Manager/s as required
Requirements: . Fluency in 2 Scandinavian languages (Finnish,
Norwegian and Danish are preferable) and English . 3 A levels or local
equivalent (A-C) . Administrative experience (or similar)gained within an
office environment (or work placement) . Experience gained within customer
or consumer facing business environment; . Strong communication skills;
• Team player; . Pro-active, able to work on own initiative and customer
