We are now looking for an Access Administrator to join our team to support and develop the user access management process and routines. You will be part of a growing agile team involved in managing and administrating the full identity life cycle of user accounts and system accounts connected to various applications and directory services.
What you'll get to do:
As a Access Administrator you will be responsible for:
1st line Support for User Access Management. That includes: provisioning/de-provisioning of access to applications as per established Policy, Standards and procedures.
Responsible for monitoring, updating and resolving request tickets and ensuring timely settlement of assigned user requests and issues as outlined by Service Level Agreements.
Analyzes requests to various business systems and applications, including creation, deletion and modification of access within business roles and groups, as required.
Assist with troubleshooting and problem analysis by working with other teams or users in diagnosing and resolving users access issues.
Testing and validating user accounts, documenting results to pass auditing and compliance requirements.
Perform annual Access Governance and Access Provisioning testing for IT systems classified as critical or sensitive that contains personal or business critical data.
What you'll need to have:
Basic Knowledge and understanding of identity and access management principles.
Self-Starter, Fast learner and flexible to support new technologies as well as legacy applications
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Additional requirements/Bonus to have:
Well versed with following processes: Provisioning access for new hires, Access Remediation, and Privileged Access,etc
Basic Knowledge on directory services such as LDAP and AD.
Experience in administration of user and role provisioning.
Proficient in process improvement and automation with user account provisioning / de-provisioning process.
