Six (6) testers for Swedbank Payment Infrastructure ? Ensure the future of payment come true
The Nordic payment market is undergoing a massive change where the bank-wide initiative of P27 (a new pan-Nordic clearing platform) intends to bring together the payment infrastructure between the Nordic countries.
Swedbank is implementing a new payment infrastructure that will be able to handle large volumes, be reliable but at the same time flexible and changeable in nature. We are now looking for a senior test consultant to join Swedbank Payment Infrastructure. You will be part of one of our teams, working with the P27 initiative ? a top prioritized initiative within Swedbank Payment domain.
You will ensure quality of the development of our new ISO offering solutions and ensure those are complying with both ISO20022 and legacy formats, to ensure we can handle clearing mechanism of today and the ones for the future (P27). You will also participate in the testing towards P27, the new clearing house on the Nordic payment market.
You will be part of a dedicated team of payment professionals that aim to transform Swedbank?s payment infrastructure and prepare it for the future.
What to expect / Responsibilities:
Test analysis and planning, writing test cases as well as execute testing
Analysing, designing, implementing, and executing test cases by manual test methods as well as test automation
Be able to create tests and corresponding XML-messages from business requirements and Message Implementation Guidelines (MIG)
Close collaboration with Business Analysts and identifying test cases based on requirements as well as supporting in unit testing, system testing and OAT
Close collaboration with external vendor and execute tests jointly with other banks
Close collaboration with mainframe developers (and other technologies) to execute tests
Plan and execute regression testing and integration testing between standardized payment systems, API?s and mainframe developed programs.
Plan and execute cross-team E2E testing, together with other testers
Report, handle and verify defects. Recommending appropriate actions for test results
Set up and handle test environments
Work actively with the whole team to secure high quality of the delivery
Skills:
At least 6 years? experience of testing IT-system with good understanding of IT-systems and infrastructure.
Experienced in defining, executing and reporting tests
Experienced in testing standardized systems as well as related changes/adaptions
Experience of executing system tests, regression tests, integration testing and E2E tests (both testing full systems as well as integration between multiple systems)
Payments domain experience
Knowledge of the payments industry and interest in understanding new developments.
Experience in Payment (e.g. processing/clearing) and testing payment message flows
Experience in working with XML-messages and not only GUI testing
Experience in working in a high-paced environment and working independently
Fluent in English with good communication skills, preferable also in Swedish.
Experienced in working with agile methodology will be highly valued
Experience in ISO20022
Experience with test automation and automation frameworks.
Experienced on test tools and test management tools.
Experience in security testing and/or performance testing

Start Date of the Assignment: Directly
Language: Fluent in English is a requirement. Swedish is an advantage.
Location: Remote or in Sundbyberg, Stockholm.
Possibility to work remote. However, being able to be on-site in Sundbyberg is an advantage.
