GCH is a service delivery organization with units in multiple locations around the globe. The OSS (Operation Support Systems) area include the tools and processes needed for network operators and telecom providers to handle the everyday task of managing their assets, such as network entities, staff and customers. GCH OSS stands for the leading expertise within services in the OSS area. Global Competence Hub supports all of Ericsson?s 10 Regions in the world by delivering strategic competence to maximize customer value in selected engagements. An important role for GCH is to support new product and services introductions in the regions.
Global Competence Hub (GCH) OSS Fulfilment is expanding its Solution Architect capabilities within the Fulfillment/Service Activation domain.
We are looking for you who is a Senior Solution Architect, skilled in the Fulfillment area, to join the Global Competence Hub OSS Fulfillment team based in the Lindholmen Offices, Göteborg, Sweden. You will work in a team together with other Solution Architects and Integration engineers, the team is now mainly designing and developing customer adaptations in Ericsson Multi Activation, but are also expanding its capabilities into new areas.
As a Solution Architect you are expected to:
• Understand Customer Requirements and business processes; translating those into a solution that satisfies business requirements & customer expectations
• Identify new business opportunities
• Perform dimensioning analysis based on customer requirements
• Estimate costs for customer adaptations (customizations)
• Engage in pre-sales activities, i.e. Conduct/Lead Customer workshops, play an active role in supporting pre-SDP3 activities
• Ability to engage as lead SA within activation domain during project realization
• Handle change requests related to the solutions
• Evaluate 3PP to be used in the solution, if applicable
• Secure the functionality and technical quality of solution components in customer projects
• Promote knowledge sharing & seeking to establish and share reusable knowledge assets
You enjoy working closely with customers and know how to manage customer relationships to achieve the best results. A consultative mindset is one of your strong characteristics and you are able to see the bigger picture. You are self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge.
You should also have:
• A Master of Science in IT, Telecom or equivalent
• Good skills in software engineering principles like software design, programming and testing techniques.
• Knowledge about Enterprise Architecture and TOGAFF.
• Knowledge about ETOM/ITIL
