Job Summary
Act as Business Unit Radio's prime interface towards the Regions to secure sales strategy execution, commercial strategy execution and business unit financial targets. Secure financial performance by following up on financial & operational performance and initiating actions as needed. Is also responsible for delegating business mandates to RINA on behalf of BU Radio. Represents BU Radio in the Region in relation to BU business when necessary to meet long term as well as financial objectives.
Supports RINA in driving and developing sales strategies and tactics adapted to market realities through a techno commercial team dedicated to the support of RINA.
Responsibilities & Tasks
• Secures BU Radio strategy execution and BU financial targets at the Region
• Follows up on financial and operational performance
• Generates profitable sales by actively supporting the Region with value argumentation and operator centric business cases
• Develops and drives BU sales activities towards Regions in order to support the BU growth strategy
• Facilitates knowledge transfer to Region
• Feeds market and customer realities as well as specific market needs to the Product Lines.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar
7-10 years experience of relationship sales in a KAM role or similar
