SW developer, working with the only cool SW

Development Unit Radio strives to be the most competitive Radio Network R&D unit in the industry. We develop and maintain competitive, high-quality Radio products which give our customers solutions securing future growth. We currently develop GSM, WCDMA, LTE as well as CDMA Network solutions to operators all over the world.

RA Radio is part of the Product Development Unit LTE and Multi Standard Radio Base Stations. We are based in Kista with operations also in Ottawa and Nanjing.

We deliver the only cool SW:

The same SW for all standards, all HW generations, same SW both to Gen2 and Gen1.
The SW that will be an important part of Next Generation Radio, NGR
To achieve these goals we must strengthen our organization with excellent SW developers.

We may not offer the most coding but we offer work in the most important SW in the Radio Networks.

Since we deliver the same SW to all, we focus a lot on Continuous integration, Automatic tests, and Continuous delivery.

We are organized in XFTs where we aim to be part of a whole feature flow, from Continuous Analysis to having a product working in field.
