Perido is now looking for a driven and sociable person to an exciting 2nd line support! The client is a rapidly growing company in the financial industry who is working with several well known companies. Today the company has several hundred employees and you find the office in central Stockholm.
As a 2nd line support you help the clients by email or phone support and you will have to locate and resolve problems in web-based applications written in PHP, for example, HTML and CSS but it can also be problems related to databases in MySQL. This may sound difficult and challenging, but if you have an interest in the area and know the basics, you will be given opportunities to learn and develop within the company.
Required skills
• Secondary education in IT or equivalent Vocational Education
• Experience in web programming or IT support
• Merit with knowledge of MySQL or. NET
• You speak German
