hela Sverige As our 1st line Technician you will have a varied role in our internal IT helpdesk. You receive calls and trouble tickets via email and handle them in a case management system, Zendesk.
The role includes not only solving the technical parts of the ticket but in dialog with users be able to guide and, to some extent, educate the user. It is therefore of great importance that you are social, educational and able to convey your knowledge in the IT field.
How about you?
Minimum 6 months of work experience from 1st line
Experience from working with:
Windows 8/10
Microsoft Office 2013/2016
Remote Desktop environment
Mobile devices
Fluency in both English and Swedish
Experience of VPN tunnels is an advantage
You are service minded, curious and structured. You enjoy helping colleagues and partners both in Sweden and abroad. You have good communication skills, like to take on own responsibility as well as supporting the team.

Now we are on the lookout for yet another star to our IT team based in Stockholm, Sweden. As our new 1st line Technician you will guide and assist the users in their daily usage of supported systems, tools and devices. You will act as natural point of contact but also as a link between our users, customers and suppliers.
This is a highly autonomous role where you are an important brick throughout the whole trouble ticket process; from registering of trouble tickets until the ticket is solved and closed.
