We are now looking for an Strategy and Business Planner!
Description
The Strategy and Business Development department has the mission to ensure an up-to-date corporate strategy, business plan, and product portfolio for the NEVS Group and Business Europe that enables management to navigate in critical strategic issues, and to drive the deployment of the strategy and the business plan. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team, business program managers, and NEVS' core projects in both China and Sweden.

You will be working in an interesting workplace with open minded colleagues and a problem solution oriented atmosphere. Work place can be in Trollhättan/Sweden or Shenzhen/China, depending on the candidate. There are possibilities to focus on and develop your knowledge in your field of expertise further. You will have strong influence on product design.
The role involves:
- Identify, analyze, develop and communicate business opportunities
- Conduct research and investigations to build a thorough knowledge base for the organization
- Develop strategies for the company and its businesses to shape the future of the company
- Manage and lead different strategy and business development projects, especially cross-functional
- Financial modelling and analysis connected to, e.g., business plans, make or buy decisions, due diligence processes, and other cross functional issues between NEVS' large ongoing projects
We are looking for someone who has:
- M.Sc in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Finance or Marketing
- Minimum three years of relevant strategy, business development, or PMO experience, e.g., from working as a business developer or as a management consultant
- Proven experience of leading projects
- Genuine interest in the automotive industry and the future of mobility services
- Eligibility for work in Europe and China (i.e. no restrictions of travel)
To be successful in this role, you need to:
- Have the ability to understand, summarize and communicate business and information
- Have excellent analytical and research skills
- Have a good problem solving and decision making skills
- Must have good organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Have the ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing in English; knowledge in Swedish or Chinese is an advantage

Terms
NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
