Product Introduction Deployment and Support (PIDS) DU Media

In this role the candidate will be integrated in the PIDS team within DU Media which has its main focus on support of engagement and deployment activities around the DU product portfolio. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Head of PIDS.

Competence Areas

• Focus on integration and verification of product SW in an end-to-end solution environment
• Troubleshooting in such an e2e environment
• Test preparation, execution and documentation
• Minor development tasks for product adaptions on demand basis
• Contact with customer unit or the customer is very likely; also
• Interaction with related 3PP?s may be required

Qualifications:

Expectations on candidate

The candidate should bring years of experiences in most of the above listed areas.

Activities to be executed can be both either from the back-office or at local Ericsson or even customer sites.

Therefore willingness to travel is a key requirement to the candidate.

Engagement activities are often under high pressure and of very short time frames, therefore the candidate should have a high level of flexibity and willingness to adapt

The candidate also should have a solid set of negotiation skills in order to support and sustain critical project situations.
