In order to do this you need to be service minded and always keep the customers interest in mind. Having the right soft skills is also extremely important.

Of course you need a broad knowledge base, but it is as important to have the right attitude, to be passionate about what you do, to be curious and driven. As a Support engineer your main responsibilities could be to handle and drive Customer Service Requests from customers. Participate in emergency handling. The work requires that you are self-driven and service minded since the quality of our work has a direct impact on the customer satisfaction,
We are looking for driven and experienced software developers with a master's or bachelor's degree within engineering or equivalent and strong expertise in several of the following areas:
• TCP/IP and routing knowledge
• Unix/Linux knowledge
• Software development skills
• Problem solver mind-set
• A positive attitude and a constructive way of solving problems
• Good written and spoken English skills.
