City terminalen is a very busy area for travellers and a work place for many firms, with a very high customer density. Located in the middle of Stockholm we offer you a very exciting and stimulating work place. Today we are running a kiosk with café selling food, drinks, magazines, lotteries, travel tickets, etc.
Work place manager
Currently we are looking for a trust worthy and reliable hard working work place manager, that will also assist as a cachier and waiters. You will be coaching, assisting and managing our team and be the link between the owners and our employees. Your main task is to increase sales and take care of our team to be happy and produce more to achieve customer satisfaction.
You should have good knowledge about our work area and have well documented work background, hopefully form similar assignments with very good references. Trust and honesty is a must. You have passion for people, service and great coffee. Our customers are travellers speaking different languages. We expect you to speak and write English and at least one other language, preferably Swedish but also Russian and Arabic is good to have.
