Job Summary
The Risk Management, Compliance and Security department at Tetra Pak in Lund is a specialized group responsible for managing local compliance and adherence towards regulatory frameworks, standards and internal procedures. They work to provide the Lund site with efficient Risk Management.
What you will do
Our Work Environment Compliance Officer will deliver, contribute, coordinate and further improve our departments goals. You will act as an expert on work environment for chemical hazards, pressurized devices and ensuring legal compliance with work environment plans in projects and coordination.
You will report directly to the manager of Risk Management, Compliance and Security at Tetra Pak in Lund.
As our Work Environment Compliance Officer you will focus on three main areas:
Pressurized devices
Act as support for managers/delegates in risk assessments and preparation of instructions when using pressurized devices
Act as support to the business regarding the requirement of continuous control and control of the equipment
Assist in the development and implementation of training for those working with or around such devices
Ensure the basis for audits and carrying out internal audits
Chemical hazards in the working environment
Be responsible for central control of the substitution work at national level
Be responsible for the work environment function when introducing new chemical products
Be an advisory work environment expert for Tetra Pak's Chemical Managers
Be an active part in competence enhancing activities such as training.
Ensuring legal compliance with work environment plans in projects
Follow up control plan creations according to legal requirements, ensure that the work environment comes into focus and that those responsible are given the right conditions for legal compliance.
Ensure that processes and legal requirements are complied in terms of coordination, follow-up of clear role distribution and involvement of coordination officer.
We believe you have
Extensive experienced within the work environment area, focused on chemical hazards and pressurised devices, combined with a genuine interest in this area and extensive collaborative skills.
You can communicate clear and make presentation easily towards all recipients.
Excellent communication skills both in Swedish and English
