Your role
Within this role, you will:
* Give expert advice to leaders and HR in labour law, collective agreements and terms of employment in H&M head office in Stockholm
* Be part of change- and strategic initiatives where labour law expertise is needed where you analyse and advice in solutions
* Lead negotiations and dispute handling with local unions in a constructive way
It is of value that you have a commercial approach and enjoy working close to the business. The tasks are varied with great responsibility, and you will work in a team of HR-specialists and legal counsels.
Your profile
You have at least 5-10 years of experience from qualified legal work from an employer organization, a company or law firm with focus on labour law. In addition, if you have experience of trade negotiations and / or from international companies, it is meritorious.
You have a law degree or HR-degree. You enjoy working independently as a part of a larger team. As a person, you are diplomatic, analytical and have great interest in problem solving. You have good cooperative skills, are creative and committed. In addition, you are skilled in formulating yourself well, both in speech and in writing. You are good at creating relationships and at the same time you are educational and can explain how complex legal legislation is applied in practice.
