In this assignment, you will be responsible for order processing, shipments worldwide and ensure that deliveries are delivered on time and with the correct documentation. You manage the planning and booking of transports and also produce documents for deliveries.
In your role, you will have continuous communication internally, but also with customers and forwarders. This means that you are an important actor in the business as you are the link between the customers, internal actors, forwarders and agents. You will also work by phone, email and Teams, where you handle various matters such as supply issues.
You will be part of a global environment and at a fast pace. Our client also has a strong focus on cross-functional collaborations to achieve the best results for internal and/or external stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you as a person are required to be flexible and able to independently prioritize your work and assess how time is distributed in the best way based on efficiency.
Our client is careful that the tasks must always follow the regulations and routines that exist regarding quality, safety and legal aspects. You will also handle routine tasks and work continuously with improvements/solutions to problems.
Your responsibilities
• You will be in charge of the transport process. The transport process involves material packing, delivery to the customer, planning, booking and monitoring.
• You will also prepare shipping documents and evaluate documents from suppliers.
• You will ensure that transport, packing and labeling procedures are met in accordance with project requirements and government regulations.
• You will have a close collaboration with internal actors, suppliers, freight forwarders and customer representatives in order to ensure a smooth shipping process.
• Your responsibility also includes representing the logistics team in the project teams and taking care of transport.
• You must also ensure that the project's timelines and transport budget are met.
• Finally, you must ensure that the shipment complies with all local and global regulations.

Requirements and experience
• We are looking for you who have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of transport/freight.
• You have good administrative skills.
• We are looking for someone who has good computer and system knowledge in the MS Office package and SAP.
Meritorious
• It is advantageous if you have experience of working with DG (dangerous goods).
Language
• We are looking for someone who has fluency in English, written and spoken.
• It is advantageous if you have knowledge of Swedish.
