In this assignment, you will support and help different product teams towards effective solutions and what is best for the user as well as the overall service experience.
Mission description:
• In your role, you will identify, acquire and analyze relevant facts and insights (consumer, business, technology, etc.) to understand user needs.
• You will also be in charge of mapping and analyzing customer journeys.
• In your role, you will establish, but also facilitate collaboration with the company's key stakeholders to, among other things, renew the service experience's feedback and insight.
• You will also communicate and visualize the user insights.
• The assignment also includes supporting the development teams in the service experience area such as methods, execution of design sprints, tools, prototypes, etc.
Personal characteristics
• You who are applying for this role have an entrepreneurial spirit that wants to contribute to building a new business in a newly established team. We also see that you are easy to collaborate with, are inclusive as a person, are communicative and have a natural drive that produces results.
Experience
• We are looking for someone who has knowledge in mapping and analyzing customer journeys. You have the ability to transform insights into improvements and new opportunities. These improvements are based on behavioral data from various sources.
• We would like you to have experience in combining quantitative and qualitative data and using storytelling to share your findings. This is to influence the stakeholders and to create attractiveness for an idea/initiative.
• We would also like to see that you have good knowledge of aftermarket business within the automotive industry.
• Experience with agile frameworks is preferred.
Requirement
• You have a university education that is relevant to the position.
• You have experience from product development and from Customer Experience (methodology, tools & strategies.
Language
• For this role, you have fluency in English, both spoken and written.
