Main activities and responsibilities
• Drive, develop and implement warranty analysis within Volvo Trucks
• Participate in Volvo Trucks warranty forums and represent Volvo Trucks in Volvo Group warranty and IS/IT forums (mainly QRAFT)
• Contribute to warranty analysis strategy and roadmap
• Specify business requirements on IS/IT tools, supporting the Volvo Trucks and regional warranty analysis
• Be the subject matter expert in Volvo Trucks and provide communication, training and support to the Volvo Trucks sales areas
• Support system improvements which enhances claim quality
• Contribute to Volvo Trucks network for system improvements and facilitate sharing of best practice
• Drive state of the art warranty analysis
• Maintain e.g. Volvo Trucks standard reports and support KPI reporting
• Support warranty related IT projects
Qualifications
• Advanced knowledge in Quality tools ( QRAFT,SIQF, SWA ), Enterprise Guide, Excel, Power Point (tools), Business Objects
• Advanced knowledge in VDA, Impact, Kola (source systems), Warranty systems
• Analytical and structured
• Truck product knowledge
• Volvo system and process knowledge
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Customer oriented with social and communicative skills
• Pedagogical skills
• Technical university degree or equivalent knowledge based on experience
• Statistical methods
This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
