Your role

As a Maverick business manager, you will play an active part in driving our clients' businesses into the digital world. Maintaining close client partnerships is key and a fundamental part of our way of working, as well as the ability to constantly create tailor-made solutions that help our clients grow. You will be in charge of initializing new client meetings and to package our offer accordingly, always making sure we raise the bar and exceed expectations. Your creative mind will be vital in making sure our offer is a perfect match. Our sales/marketing manager will be your closest ally in targeting and working with current as well as prospective clients in the greater Stockholm area. Sharp organizational skills, the ability to delegate and prioritize and a heightened sense of responsibility are defining characteristics we take for granted in a person in this position, along with the ability to speak Swedish and English fluently.

Your background

We believe that you have solid previous experience of successful similar work at a digital agency or from a similar consultancy position. You are a natural networker and a people person, result, goal and customer oriented by heart and born with a flexible attitude and a curious mindset, always eager to explore new opportunities. You thrive on turning new information into creative solutions.

We believe you have at least a few years' experience in creating new business and delivering service sales within digital media. We also think you are familiar with reporting and tracking your activities in CRM systems. Know-how of the inbound marketing methodology, Ecom, CMS, PIM and platforms such as Hubspot, Apsis, Episerver, Sitecore and InRiver is another really great track record in our book.
