hela Sverige The VP Service Centre Operations is responsible for the delivery and optimization of the VFS Region EMEA operational service delivery and service centre structure across credit underwriting, contract servicing, asset management and finance, to support VFS commercial activities. He/she manages the development and execution of the VFS EMEA Service Centre operations service delivery strategy in line with VFS? global strategy and within Volvo Group guidelines. He/she drives the efficiency and effectiveness of the operational service delivery processes. Further, he/she drives the innovation and development of processes, systems and associated structures. He/she works closely with the Commercial and functional VPs defining and governing the content delivery for the processes associated with the associated services. In addition he/she should lead, develop and coach Business Service Directors and focus on talent management in the various markets. The position is based in the VFS regional headquarters, Göteborg, Sweden.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide holistic strategic, operational leadership and oversight of the EMEA service centre operational processes and Regional process ownership of the contract servicing processes
Transfer of VFS corporate strategy to execution within service delivery processes in regards to Service Centre & shared services optimization, mutually agreed service levels and efficiency and effectiveness of processes
Drive standardization and harmonization of organizational structures, processes and systems within and across the Service Centres in order to achive process and service excellence
Secures proper communication channels between the different Volvo Group, VFS Global and Region EMEA commercial and functional areas and the SC operations staff
Ensure the development and execution of the process and project portfolio management activities across all Region EMEA markets
Ensures compliance & adherence to legislative and regulatory standards across the Region EMEA markets
Staffing & development of Business Services Directors and delegation of respective responsibilities as well as performance management
For necessary legal obligations, the VP Service Centre Operations may be required to act as a legal representative for local legal entities
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
University degree, ideally advanced degree in Business
Minimum 10 to15 years management experience with ideally direct responsibility for pan-European risk assesment, contract servicing, asset management and finance activities
Experience of working in the commercial vehicle, construction equipment and finance industry
Good knowledge of best practices & process optimization within the finance industry
Strong experience working in an international and multi cultural environment
Proven people management skills
Excellent spoken and written English, additional languagesare of benefit
