VP Sales EU/ROW - Construction Division, Husqvarna Group

Husqvarna Group is the world's largest producer of outdoor power products including robotic lawn mowers, garden tractors, chainsaws and trimmers. The purpose of this position is to actively manage and develop the sales organisations within Construction Division, Husqvarna Group. This includes planning and implementation of sales, service and marketing activities in order to meet the company targets regarding growth and profitability. The role is part of the Construction Division Management team.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a regional strategy, including local actions to fulfill business needs based on the Construction Division strategy. This to include both own sales companies and independent distributors
• Manage and develop existing and new channels to market
• Sales performance (net sales, GPII, mix and market share), P&L (SG&A, EBIT) and working capital.
• Responsible for setting the dimensions of the local organisations
• Market intelligence
• Work with category management in order to build a range of products based on customer needs, market situation/trends and profitability.
• Develop and motivate own direct reports.
Qualifications
• University degree within relevant competence area.
• Excellent leadership management skills and minimum 5 years of experience driving your own sales team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain good relationships with other functions/employees in the company
• Experience from similar business are considered an additional qualification
• Fluent in English (preferably also additional languages).
