As part of the management team you will be a key part of setting the companies agenda going forward. Your responsibility consists of five different development teams and your role is to make sure the teamsdeliver on product requirement, on time, with the right quality, and innovate along the way.

Work experience:
You have previous experience of leading a technical organization and teams and worked in a management position for at least 5 years, andhave been a part of a company where the organisation may change as it grows and the challenges that come with it.
You have previously been responsible for the delivery of product development and have experience in implementing and setting work processes.
• A degree in Engineering /IT or similiar
• Scaling up development teams
• Working with company culture
The following knowledge is also bonus (if not, don't worry - if you're a fast learner - you'll be fine):
• Video Streaming Technologies (DRM, Encoding, Video Player SDKs)
• Billing / CRM / Payment Integrations
• AWS Infrastructure
• Scala / Java /React / Native iOS &Android
• Agile Processes (i.e. SCRUM)
What You Will Do:
• Mentoring team members to ensure motivation and competence growth
• Recruit for new positions in the engineering department
• Ensure that the organizational goals are met for the engineering department
• Responsible for both strategic direction and operational issues
