hela Sverige Technology department is responsible for developing the common platforms and components including deliveries, maintenance and AE research projects. The Technology department is divided into specific technology areas each with responsibilities for developing and maintaining the components within its area and a Platform delivery group responsible to coordinate and develop the combined delivery.
The Platform Deliveries group is responsible to ensure the complete delivery cross components towards specific customer solutions or projects. Your role will be to coordinate the combined deliveries from Technology, ensuring the right competence exist to participate in roll out projects using the platforms, but also to develop the platform framework.
You will be part of the Technology management team and report to the head of Technology.
Main responsibilities Group Manager Platform Deliveries:
• Responsible to ensure the coordination of the combined deliveries from the Technology department
• Responsible to develop and maintaining the platform framework
• Ensure that the right competence and resource availability exists to participate in roll out projects, pre-studies and other related initiatives
• Responsible for financial result of the group
• Responsible for KPI:s and other performance targets in own area
• Personnel responsibility (recruitments, salary setting, competence development, PBP)
• Member of Technology Management Team

The Group Manager of Platform Deliveries needs to have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions. As person you are innovative with a strong customer focus and a business oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork, contribute with team spirit and you like taking responsibility.
This position requires:
• A university degree (engineering and/or economics)
• Documented leadership competence and previous experience as line manager
• Experience from software engineering and agile development
• Experience from telematics together with projects and needed competence
• Significant experience from advanced recruitments and people management
• A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus
• Ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams
• Strong interest in process improvements
• Have capacity to execute against set targets and a "can do" attitude
• Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal and external partners
• Customer business knowledge - build, develop, and grow any business relationships
• Good planning skills
• Fluent in English and Swedish - both written and spoken
