Solution Development EMEA (SD EMEA) department is responsible for developing and maintaining our customer solutions. The main solution in the Construction Solutions area is CareTrack. Your group will be responsible to develop and maintain CareTrack by working in an agile way and will consist of several scrum teams. In your role you will be an active and integral part of the daily work performed in the group to constantly improve CareTrack. You will work closely with the other group in the area to achieve as much customer value as possible.

In the future there might be added additional customer solutions to your group.

You will be part of the SD EMEA management team and report to the head of SD EMEA.

Main responsibilities Group Manager Construction Solutions Development:

• Responsible to make sure CareTrack is developed and maintained according to business needs

• Be a driving force in the daily development work

• Responsible to implement and propose improvements to development methodologies and guidelines.

• Ensure that the right competence and resource availability exists to effectively develop CareTrack

• Responsible for financial result of the group

• Responsible for KPI:s and other performance targets in own area

• Personnel responsibility (recruitments, salary setting, competence development, PBP)

• Member of SD EMEA Management Team

General profile:

The Group Manager of Construction Solutions Development needs to have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions. As person you are innovative with a strong customer focus and a business oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork, contribute with team spirit and you like taking responsibility.

This position requires:

• A university degree in engineering or computer science or similar

• Documented leadership competence

• Experience from software engineering and agile development

• Experience from recruitments and people management

• A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus

• Ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams

• Strong interest in process improvements

• Have capacity to execute against set targets and a "can do" attitude

• Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal and external partners

• Customer business knowledge - build, develop, and grow any business relationships

• Good planning skills

• Fluent in English and Swedish - both written and spoken
