WeTal are looking for a passionate UX-Designer who can champion UX/UI for WeTal's career marketplace and optimize all the functions. This is a freelance assignment where you will join WeTal for 1-2 months and help taking the company to the next level!
ABOUT WETAL
WeTal is a career marketplace that connects developers with Stockholm's most innovative companies. It's created for developers by developers. They believe recruiting should be a transparent, unbiased, and enjoyable experience for both the company and the candidate. WeTal's mission is to make hiring, or getting hired faster, easier, and more enjoyable.
They are currently a team of eight engaged people with their office at Norrsken House, Birger Jarlsgatan 57C in Stockholm.
ABOUT THE ROLE
WeTal has developed an innovative mobile application that makes it easy for candidates to apply for tech jobs and match with interesting companies. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with the founder of WeTal in order to design mobile user experiences and optimize all the functions through the matching process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Visualize and prototype design concepts from paper and wireframes to interactive digital prototypes for the mobile app and website
• Work with design standards throughout the entire process
• Work closely with Product Managers and developers collaboratively in an agile environment
• Research / analyze user behaviour
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant university degree or professional experience of UX/UI design
• Passionate about understanding the users' needs, motivations, behaviors and are able to translate them into actionable deliverables
• Fluency in English
