Job Description
As a UX Researcher you will aim to reveal what gives our users and customers value by conducting primary research, exploring behaviors and motivations. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing relevant user data and translating those into actionable insights that can guide our product development in providing excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Help define the vision for our digital experiences by empathizing with our customers and understand the challenges and opportunities within this space.
Plan and propose the right research methodologies and prepare and facilitate the associated research activities and distill and document the output.
Recruit and engage customers to user research and co-creation activities
Capture and document a deep understanding of our customers' needs, wants, behaviors and emotions
Champion and embed both qualitative and quantitative research data as a vital element of the product delivery agile lifecycle

Qualifications:
Passionate about understanding the users' needs, motivations, behaviors and are able to translate them into actionable research initiatives
Ability to translate business questions into research
Ability to plan/design a research project and recruit participants
Qualitative data collection skills (interviewing techniques, observations, focus-group moderation etc)
Qualitative data collection skills (survey construction, experimenting etc)
Ability to analyze qualitative data
Ability to analyze quantitative data
Proven experience in research and analysis in the digital space. Knowledge of which research methodology to apply, and when
Experience with retail, fashion, or comparable consumer brands
A strong understanding of usability and user experience
