Unilever is looking for a Regional Reporting Specialist for the Nordic Head Office in Solna

The position:

As Business Information Analyst/Regional Reporting Specialist you would be part of the Nordic Business Information Team, which is end-to-end responsible for the management accounting operations in the Nordics. This includes managing systems and processes to ensure timely delivery of complete and high quality information for reporting and financial business partnering (steering the business performance).

The primary focus of this role is to ensure accurate and on time reporting of management results and forecasts. This is a key role in the Business Information Team and is highly involved in process improvements initiatives, as well as BIT related projects. It supports all business functions in both the Retail and Food Solutions businesses - in all four Nordic countries.

The Regional Reporting Specialist reports to the Head of Business Information Team. The position is based at the Unilever Nordic Head Office in Solna Business Park, Stockholm where we offer an international and fun work environment in a fast paced industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage month end close process to ensure timely and accurate closure of the books

• Provide monthly submissions to the regional Head Office, on time and in full.

• Manage consolidation and reporting of the Nordic forecast

• Provide transparency and clarity to the Finance organization regarding management reporting and the Nordic results

• First point of contact for regional reporting questions and initiatives

• Ensure accurate reporting of the Nordic result in the management reporting through weekly reconciliations, restatements etc.

• Reconciliation of result between local reporting system and regional reporting system

• Provide ongoing updates regarding the management reporting and requirements to the Finance community

• Back-fill for System and Information Specialist

Requirements:

The right candidate has a minimum of 1-2 year experience from similar role as well as relevant degree. You must possess advanced Excel skills as well as previous experience in Business Warehouse or similar Management Reporting systems. High system understanding is a requirement. Knowledge of the Swedish language is seen as an asset, while you need to be completely fluent in written and verbal English.

As a person you are analytical and have excellent attention to detail, but also capable of seeing the bigger picture. You are structural and not afraid to take initiatives. You are technical and able to handle large data sets. You are also a skilled administrator with great ability to plan and set priorities. You should be comfortable working towards tight deadlines in combination with heavy workload in month ends, which requires flexible working hours, both individually and as part of a team.
