Unilever is looking for an HR Specialist to our margarine manufacturing unit in Helsingborg

Unilever Nordics has approximately 1400 employees with a turnover of 900 million Euros. Our local offices are based in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, with four Nordic manufacturing units. The Nordic head office is based in Solna, Stockholm.
The manufacturing unit in Helsingborg produces leading margarine and dairy products such as Flora, Milda, Lätta, Becel and Créme Bonjour. The Nordic market is the main receiver of the products but a substantial part of the volume is also exported to other European countries. The site has around 150 employees, including both white and blue collars.
The position
As the HR Specialist you will own and execute the full HR agenda for the manufacturing unit.
You will support and coach line managers on all HR related tasks while delivering the long-term HR strategy, including for example leadership development, performance management, employee engagement activities and talent / skills development. It is your responsibility to ensure that Unilever?s global HR processes for talent reviews, recruitment, compensation and benefits etc are effectively implemented and executed. You will also mange rehabilitation cases, labor relations and negotiations with the local unions.
As a member of the site leadership team you will play a key role in delivering a big and exciting change agenda for the manufacturing unit, a journey that has recently started. Being part of the Nordic HR team you will report to the HR Business Partner for Supply Chain Nordics based in Stockholm, with a dotted line to the manufacturing unit leader.

Who are we looking for?
We believe you have an academic degree within Human Resources and solid experience from operational HR for at least five years. You have profound experience from working in a blue collar environment, used to working both independently and proactively. You have experience from change management as well as coaching of line managers. You have a flexible, curious and down to earth personality and a true passion for HR.
The position requires strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and excellent communications skills in both Swedish and English.
