• Work as a Project manager in SW development projects
• focus is within network technology with design and maintenance of products for GSM, WCDMA, LTE and 5G.
• You will be driving:
• Module and Node level requirements and non-functional requirements
• Common Functional Domains and HW-SW interface systemization
• Configuration Management, Product packaging and Customer Product Information
Location: Stockholm

Education/training
Our rolls requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.
Required experience for this roll:
• You have several years of experience from Software and Hardware project management
• You are able to see the big picture with ability to understand and analyze details when needed
• You are flexible and promote teamwork across multiple sites and units
• You have the ability to lead, coach and motivate individuals in taking on new challenges
• You have an open mindset for change management
• You have excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and in writing
Meriting
• Preferably experience from telecom
UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
