Job description
Cash management
• Develop the long-term cash management strategy for the Group
• Manage all cash pools and bank accounts
• Responsible for managing the cash pool top accounts efficiently and in line with limits of the Financial policy including making necessary rebalancing
• Responsible for the daily/weekly accuracy of liquidity forecasting of the group
• Manage cash management bank relationships and agreements for the group and proactively work for stronger bank relations via communication and clarity as well as take part in negotiations and decisions regarding core banks
• Have overall responsibility for the PoA structure of the group including the quarterly bank mandate review
• Educate internal subsidiaries in cash management, Treasury Directives, power of attorneys etc
• Manage internal and external Guarantee ledger including quarterly board updates
• Support in managing the stand-by letters of credits
• Support in managing the production financing program including a monthly consolidation of the ledger
Treasury control
• Controlling and executing financial payments
• Assist in the monthly netting process
• When needed preform the confirm start / confirm close of trades every day
• When needed matching external deals with the counterparts in Finastra
• Assist in keeping track of FX deals (external and internal) when maturing, prolongations and new deals
• Assist in managing and distributing confirmations of all deals
• When needed control and match underlying documentation vs internal deals
• Assist in consolidating the month end bookkeeping and dispatch bookkeeping files from Treasury and deliver to responsible bookkeeper within the group
• Assist in compiling and distributing the monthly reports for internal loans to the subsidiaries.
• Be familiar with, and comply with the companys Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, Code of Conduct, Whistleblower Policy and the Information/IT Security policy
• Attend training and on own initiative develop relevant knowledge and skills
• Ensure company success by transparent reporting & communication, cross product cooperation and acting in accordance with company values and regulations
