Full-time, (home)based in Denmark
Are you an experienced Travel Consultant and want to be a part of a global company and give the best service to their business travel clients?
You will be joining a great team with experienced and engaged travel consultants. This position is based in the office in Copenhagen or remote working from home.
A snapshot of this opportunity
• You will appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the client
• Search and confirm travel reservations for the client
• Provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties
• Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
• Perform follow-up as needed and within the time frame promised to the client
• Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules
How You Can Set Yourself Apart
• Experience in a customer service-oriented position
• Knowledge of GDS Amadeus & Norwegian language
• Preferably working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
• Excellent problem solving and/or critical thinking skills
• Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
