We are now looking for a Translation Manager within the Digital Transformation team.

You will be part of a tight team of digital marketers, technical information specialists, web specialists, project managers and technology owners. We challenge each other and help each other navigate in our digital landscape.
The role as Translation Manager
In this role you will be overall responsible for translation management at Axis. Your focus will be to support and further develop efficient, aligned translation processes and governance structures, follow-up on quality reports, resolve issues and delays, always making sure that stakeholders are in the loop.
You will be first point of contact for external translation agencies and the link to internal stakeholders. You will be hands-on in documentation of processes and follow-up, you will run training sessions, and have continuous improvement as a goal. You are passionate about supplying internal customers with high quality translations. You have the ability to see the big picture as well as being able to drill down into detail.
What you 'll do here as a Translation Manager:
* Your main focus is to ensure efficient and high-quality translations of both marketing and technical content
* You will monitor our internal translation management systems, ensuring correct utilization and that the guidelines are followed
* You will work in close collaboration with our Translation Coordinator
* You will support corporate and regional colleagues and ensure alignment of our three head regions

You are passionate about high quality translations, and equally passionate about building efficient processes for cost-efficient and speedy deliveries. Our goal is to reduce the amount of manual work to an absolute minimum, allowing systems and tools to do the work automatically. You will be part of a tight team of digital marketers, web specialists, project managers and technology owners. We challenge each other and help each other to navigate in our digital landscape where efficient translations play an important part.
We are looking for a driven, proactive, and structured individual with the ability to drive initiatives. You are a good communicator with people skills and networking skills and with a strong ability to navigate among many stakeholders across the organization. You must have experience from working in a global environment, and you are a true team-player. It 's important that you have a strong wish to contribute towards positive collaboration for a creative and stimulating work environment. This role also requires that you are good at self-leadership, able to set priorities and structure your work, both short-term and long-term.
You are motivated by working in a high-paced organization where you can deliver results together with your colleagues. You are not afraid to navigate in an environment of change and you are open to thinking outside the box.
Managing all the above means that you are service-minded, can focus on details, and make sure that processes, procedures, and timelines are followed. When necessary, you are not afraid of questioning the information provided to you in order to ensure a common, global way of working.
We 'd love to hear that you have/are:
* Worked with translations in a global environment
* Experience in designing efficient translation processes and workflows utilizing modern systems and tools
* Created training material and guidelines
* Relevant university degree
