Do you want to be part of transforming Europe's 10th largest debit card issuer? Swedbank has embarked on a multi-year journey to transform the card issuing business by future-proofing the IT architecture. We are now looking for a person that will play a key role together with the programme lead to ensure a successful implementation of the new solution.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Be part of modernizing the card issuing product delivery model, creating oversight and ensuring execution within scope and cost frame, in close cooperation with the program lead.

• Lead the transformation to create transparency and analysis for decision making on both strategic and tactical choices.

• Drive and lead a small project organisation consisting of external partners/suppliers and in-house organization.

• Ensure coordination of the deliveries and work closely with concerned value streams, Business Areas (Swedish Banking, Baltic Banking, LC&I) and Group Functions.

• Manage and produce executive reporting and presentations to Steering Committees and senior management in the bank.

• Manage risk control and through agile methodology secure planning of resources, dependencies and bottlenecks.

• Lead and motivate the team.

• Report to Head of Cards.

What is needed in this role:

• To succeed in this role you need to have a proven track record of leading similar type of programs, involving a large number of stakeholders, international partners and high degree of complexity.

• The program requires excellent program management skills, related to governance, structure and follow up in parallel with a profound understanding of business process, operating model, architecture, quality assurance, migration and integration.

• University degree in a relevant area (such as Finance/Economics/Business Administration/Computer Sciences/Engineering), etc.

• Excellent oral, written and communication skills. Ability to both produce material and ensure structure.

• Experience related to card payments from regulatory, processes, operations and business perspective.

• Ability to move between holistic perspective and detailed questions on specific topics.

• Extensive project- and programme management skills with a proven track record.

• Extraordinary people skills to manage transformation and be a role model leader.
