To be successful as a Transformation Leader you need proven advanced training in business management, HR management or equivalent and minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and implementing organisational change in technology functions. In addition, you have demonstrable experience in working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up and proven record of developing people and organizations. Moreover, you have strong documented leadership skills.
You have extensive knowledge in the following areas:
• written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and communicate with senior business-leaders and Technology Leadership
You have knowledge in the following areas:
• experience in designing and implementing technology/digital organisation structures and teams
• intermediate knowledge of required roles, skills and capabilities for digital organisations
• experience with agile development practices
• extensive knowledge of how to define goals, deliver and follow up, both for self and others
• IKEA Brand and culture
As person you are clear, simple and have an engaging way to communicate issues and concepts.
You are able to work with continuous improvement, you are flexible and adaptable both in ways of working and content. We believe you have intermediate people leadership skills with building trustful relationships, you support both leaders and managers. Your ability to structuring, planning, building up change stories, makes you being able to lead in times of change and uncertainty, with the business goals and co-workers in focus. You can actively acquire new knowledge, skills, champion new methods and processes to improve performance. Moreover, you understand the complexity if IKEA business and the role of technology as an integrated part of the business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Transformation Leader in the Transformation Office, you will enable a successful transition and transformation into the new Group Digital over the coming years, supporting the Digital Strategy and tertial roadmaps. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing the new organisation, transferring the people, work and responsibilities from the current organization to the new Group Digital.
You also will:
• be responsible for the cut-over planning for the new Group Digital, including transferring the people, responsibilities and work form the old to the new teams
• keep detailed stakeholder management and close collaboration with other transition related activities such as the roadmap
• be responsible for securing consistency and alignment across deliverables and activities impacting the cut-over both when owned by Transformation office and not
• be part of design discussions to ensure seamless implementation of transition states during the transformation from the old to the new
• proactively drive design, execution and follow-up of transformation steps
• support the Digital Organisation Lead developing clear, compelling content to inform and engage leaders an co-workers
• enable change both in the known and in the unknown, supporting the change processes with relevant dialogues and consistent communications
• coach, inspire and support leaders and co-workers in the transformation into the new, while understanding and respecting the complexity of change from a receiver point of view Active stakeholder management during the transformation
• work across initiatives within INGKA Group, steering technical solutions towards the new organization and in line with the digital strategy

We set the digital agenda to keep IKEA leading in an uncertain and fast moving environment. We drive the development, provision and operation of our digital products and services through the use of new and existing technology and agile delivery methods to deliver at pace.
At the same time, we provide a home for digital skills to both develop and extend the technical, people and business skills needed to ensure continuous development and growth of our digital capability.
In this role you will report to the Digital Organisation Lead.
